Process was very easy. Solid estimate and good quality work. Crew arrived on time, originally a 2 day effort they were able to finish in 1 day. Cleaned up afterwards. Kudos to Chris the owner, Ben the salesman and the crew at Old town flooring.

The sales staff and installation crews were great. We had over 1,000 sf of new LVP flooring installed, new baseboards installed, and the master bedroom carpeting removed/new installed - all in one (1) day and within two (2) weeks of buying it! We highly recommend this store for your flooring needs, and we will be returning to them for our next flooring purchases. Great job!

After seeing a local advertisement of Old Town Flooring, my wife and I paid a visit to the store to check it out as we were contemplating replacing a little over 2000+ feet of flooring in our Bluffton home. We met Chris McCollum, the owner and from the moment we met him, we knew that we had someone that we could instantly work with, and more importantly, TRUST! Although new to this area, Chris has been in the flooring business for most of his life in the Atlanta area and has brought his vast knowledge and experience to Bluffton, and we are so thrilled that he did. After looking through the incredible variety of flooring options, and with the help of Chris, we chose a flooring option to replace the mix of older tiling and hardwood that we currently had in our home.The new material was ordered and was delivered to us within a couple of weeks. The install team removed all of our furniture and installed all the new hardwood in ONE day!! Quite honestly, we have never seen a team of installers work as hard and efficiently as this crew. And, the quality of the install was top shelf. No short cuts here. They were incredible! By 7:00 pm that night, our home was put back together and it looked awesome!! If you are considering new flooring, visit Chris and Old Town Flooring before you make your final choice. His knowledge and experience are invaluable. The value for your dollars spent is excellent. And the install is phenomenal! Chris repeatedly followed up on everything he said he was going to do and completely took the worry out of a big job like this one. Despite being the newest flooring store in the Bluffton area, based on our total experience, Old Town Flooring is well on its way to becoming the BEST! Chris at Old Town Flooring has a great selection of products, very reasonable pricing and exceptional customer service. I had chosen some flooring that first was available and then the producer pushed delivery back by two months but Chris was able to source it and get it the same week. That is extraordinary right now. I highly recommend him without reservation.

Old Town Flooring was highly recommended to me by one of my dear friends! And I couldn’t agree with her more! The first time I walked in I was greeted with such nice people! Told them what I had in mind and was given so many choices. Took me a few weeks to finally decide, but Chris, the owner was with me the entire time! I learned a lot about floors from him!!! When I finally made my decision, floors were ordered and I was put on their schedule! The guys that put down the flooring arrived right on time and worked 12 hours but got the job done beautifully! Super nice and actually was fun to watch them. Extremely hard workers!! I cannot say enough about Chris and the guys who work for him! I definitely highly recommend Old Town Flooring!!! Thank you!
