After seeing a local advertisement of Old Town Flooring, my wife and I paid a visit to the store to check it out as we were contemplating replacing a little over 2000+ feet of flooring in our Bluffton home. We met Chris McCollum, the owner and from the moment we met him, we knew that we had someone that we could instantly work with, and more importantly, TRUST! Although new to this area, Chris has been in the flooring business for most of his life in the Atlanta area and has brought his vast knowledge and experience to Bluffton, and we are so thrilled that he did. After looking through the incredible variety of flooring options, and with the help of Chris, we chose a flooring option to replace the mix of older tiling and hardwood that we currently had in our home.The new material was ordered and was delivered to us within a couple of weeks. The install team removed all of our furniture and installed all the new hardwood in ONE day!! Quite honestly, we have never seen a team of installers work as hard and efficiently as this crew. And, the quality of the install was top shelf. No short cuts here. They were incredible! By 7:00 pm that night, our home was put back together and it looked awesome!! If you are considering new flooring, visit Chris and Old Town Flooring before you make your final choice. His knowledge and experience are invaluable. The value for your dollars spent is excellent. And the install is phenomenal! Chris repeatedly followed up on everything he said he was going to do and completely took the worry out of a big job like this one. You would be doing yourself a huge favor by checking out Old Town Flooring!! Despite being the newest flooring store in the Bluffton area, based on our total experience, Old Town Flooring is well on its way to becoming the BEST! Chris and his team were prompt, professional, and all about quality throughout the entire process. Chris was able to get measurements in quickly, and had what I was looking for in stock. He was able to schedule his team for the install within a few days. In this current day of delays and back-orders, it was great to find something I liked and get it within days. The day of the install the team arrived as scheduled and within a few hours I had a new beautiful floor. It’s hard to find personable AND quality professionals, but you get all that with Old Town Flooring. Don’t hesitate to call them. I highly recommend them!

Excellent experience with these guys! They’re extremely courteous, do a fantastic job, and deliver a professional product all around. I had new flooring put throughout my office recently- was to be completed before Memorial Day. However, due to vehicle failure they were forced to work the entire holiday; moreover they stayed from 8am til 8pm on Memorial Day to get the Job done. The builder representative with Old Town Flooring helping me (Kevin Thompson) was exceptional- went above and beyond what was needed including staying with the crew all day to be sure the job was completed to his standards!!. Outstanding experience, would highly recommend.

Highly recommend Old Town Flooring if you want excellent work and great customer service. Met with Cole who said his dad Chris would be there next morning to give me a quote. He did! They also matched my flooring perfectly and completed the job quickly! His team of workers were hard working guys and very nice. I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. We just had our new floors installed from Old town flooring. The crew was on time very professional and the most efficient workers I have ever seen. They left the jobsite clean, they cleaned up the outside of my house on the way out and made sure there was no trash left behind. A big thank you to Chris and his crew at old town flooring. Process was very easy. Solid estimate and good quality work. Crew arrived on time, originally a 2 day effort they were able to finish in 1 day. Cleaned up afterwards. Kudos to Chris the owner, Ben the salesman and the crew at Old town flooring.
