We had 1200 sf of hardwood replaced with vinyl planks and the results, and entire experience, exceeded our expectations. Throughout the project, Ben and Chris communicated with us and sent photos of the progress. They were very responsive in answering questions or concerns. Their installation team focused on quality work, the best we've seen. Obviously, they focus on customer service and we reaped the benefits. We will not go anywhere else in the future.

Chris, Ben and and the entire Old Town Flooring cadre are just outstanding. They recently installed both engineered hardwood and luxury vinyl in our new addition. We live on Daufuskie and that always adds a layer of complication. Chris’s crew took the ferry across and in 4 hours transformed our new addition. The team took great care to insure both floorings were meticulously installed. The price was very fair, especially considering the added complication of transporting tools and equipment to the island. Highly recommend them and would DEFINITELY use them again. Thank you!

Highly recommend and will definitely a loyal customer of Old Town Flooring. We had the entire house refloored which included pulling up old flooring (some rooms had multiple layers rug, tile & hardwood!). End to end service was brilliant. Sales rep was patient, professional working with me on the right flooring for my project. Installation crew were incredibly hardworking, friendly and cleaned up after project. Our complex project hit a couple snags but the team stayed in contact with me to discuss resolution options & timing; only cost impact was at my request to add new shoe molding. Chris and his team are absolutely amazing! He has a large show room with many different samples and layouts to look at and give you ideas. I have a condo on Hilton Head Island, they were able to get everything I wanted done in the same day.
