Chris and his team were prompt, professional, and all about quality throughout the entire process. Chris was able to get measurements in quickly, and had what I was looking for in stock. He was able to schedule his team for the install within a few days. In this current day of delays and back-orders, it was great to find something I liked and get it within days. The day of the install the team arrived as scheduled and within a few hours I had a new beautiful floor. It’s hard to find personable AND quality professionals, but you get all that with Old Town Flooring. Don’t hesitate to call them. I highly recommend them!

Great range of products to pick from, reasonably priced in comparison to other quotes we priced for the job. Super fast install time and great follow up by Chris post install. Chris was incredible!! Great knowledge about our LVP and carpet and what we needed. He didn’t sell us anything besides what we needed, and had our material in a week before install! If Shaq trusts him to do his personal basketball court, you can trust him to do your floors. My wife and I will definitely be back!
